Know Where You Stand

What you bought. Your purchase is a personal-use license for the digital products you bought. The files, pages and notes here are for you, not for resharing, reselling or posting elsewhere. Each page and file is marked with your membership, including an invisible mark in the text.

Your access. Sign in works on 2 devices at a time. You can link every purchase you have made so any one key opens everything. Your library stays open on this site.

Refunds & cancellations. Your purchase was made on Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip or Whop. Refunds and cancellations follow that store's policy, handled there.

What I store. Your email (and name, for Etsy orders), which purchases you linked, your sign-ins, how many pages you open and files you download each day, your tracker entries and any feedback you send. If a key is typed with an email that does not match the purchase, that typed email is kept in the site's log so a mix-up can be sorted out; the log is cleared after 90 days. When you buy on Payhip, the sale record here keeps the price and a scrambled copy of your email, never the email itself. All of it is used only to give you access and answer your messages.

Update emails, only if you ask. Your list page has an "Email me updates" box. If you use it, your email goes to Kit, the email service, and you get emails about list updates and new Wright Ideas tools. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you never use the box, you get no marketing email.

What I never do. I do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list you did not sign up for. Nothing is shared beyond the store you bought from, which confirms your order, Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and Kit, only if you sign up for the update emails.

How long. Records are kept only as long as needed for support, tax and legal reasons. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data where the law provides it. Email support@wrightideasshop.com and I will respond within 30 days.
